You are not alone if you think that mass shootings are happening more frequently and causing more fatalities. This video is about how the cycle of mass shooting violence works, and what might perpetuate it. It’s important to note that this video is not about gun control or the Second Amendment. Instead, it’s about cable news. Think about it: Who profits off mass shootings? Two groups: gun companies (sales spike after shootings) and news outlets. News outlets need mass shootings to fill their twenty-four hour cycles.
