We’ve all had this experience. You go to a restaurant, you don’t have a set budget in mind but you know you don’t want to spend that much money, you just want a decent meal out. One thing leads to another and you’re on your third glass of wine. You go for appetizers, a more expensive meal than you thought, and, who knew? you have room for dessert. What happened?
