Rye the police dog was only commissioned in April, so he’s still relatively new on the job. He’s likely had a handful of traffic stops, but nothing came up for him. Maybe he and his partner were feeling a bit bad about themselves, like they didn’t have a mojo or something. But they watched Turner and Hooch a feel times and managed to up their game. It worked. Rye just had his first bust, and it was a whopping sixty pounds of meth.
