How blizzards make thundersnow

When thunderstorms create the perfect conditions for a rare phenomenon called thundersnow. This SciShow episode explains the atmospheric conditions required to produce thundersnow and explains why it’s so cool; namely, because the conditions required for thundersnow are extremely rare.
